Design: e fed rats (n=7) with standard (ST), high-fat (HF), high-sugar (HS), and high-protein diets (HP) before euthanizing them after 12 weeks. Small intestinal and colonic samples were collected, and 16S rRNA sequencing was performed to analyze the microbiota composition.
